Registration

By submitting written registration for one of our courses, you acknowledge and accept the provisions of the school program valid at the time of entry.

Execution of the Training Program

If more applicants register than can be admitted, acceptance will be based on the chronological order of registrations received. If the number of participants is insufficient, the management reserves the right to decide whether the course will take place.

 

Contractual Conditions

 

The registration constitutes a binding contract. By registering, you are placing a binding order subject to payment. The registration therefore includes all essential matters to be regulated between participants and the school. Excluded are the timetable and—where applicable—the school regulations, which are provided to participants as separate documents but form an integral part of the contract.

Payment Terms

Course fees are invoiced in advance and are non-refundable.
If payment deadlines are not met, MPA Vocational and Business School reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

Multi-Year Training

​

For multi-year training programs, the provisions of this contract apply for the entire duration of the training.

Data Protection

​

Unless you object, you agree that we may use your contact details for internal documents (e.g., participant lists).
